Refund Policy

1. Refunds will be subject to Republic Act (RA) 7394 The Consumer Act of the Philippines Implementing Rules and Regulations 

2. Refunds will be the last resort and will only be issued if the product can no longer be replaced with another product of the same kind or an equivalent store credit 

3. Refunds will only be issued once it is established that Yabbadabbadog is at fault.  

4. Courier charges will not be refunded.

5. Refunds for credit card payments will be subject to the credit card payment gateway refund guidelines. The full price of the item will be refunded to the buyer except for the credit card payment gateway payment charges 

6.  Transaction and transfer charges from GCash and Online Bank Transfers will not be refunded 

7.   We do not refund the following:

•   Products that have been spoiled or damaged due to negligence or abuse by the buyer 

•   Products that have been damaged or lost in transit by the courier

•   Items that were returned due to a change of mind on the part of the customer
